A RESTING ELECTROCARDIOGRAM (ECG)

A resting electrocardiogram (ECG), also referred to as a 12-lead ECG, is a routine test that detects the electrical activity of your myocardium. During this test, small leads are affixed to your chest, arms and legs to record the rhythmic impulses that direct your heart's contraction. A resting ECG can aid doctors in diagnosing a variety of heart
